We stand 100% behind the quality of our products, and we will do whatever it takes to make any correction that are necessary, be it an adjustment on price, a store credit, a refund, or replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping info is correct. All orders are tracked and insured against loss or damage. Should an issue arise, we will respond very quickly to your message.
